　　HAZARD风险

 

　　This material possesses a chemical hazard.Some shipment may be subject to oxidation leading to depletion of oxygen and increase of carbon dioxide in cargo and adjacent spaces.这些材料会产生化学风险。一些货物可能氧化导致货物和临近空间之间的氧气消耗，二氧化碳的增加。

 

　　With moisture content of 15%or more this cargo has a low fire risk.As the moisture content decreases the fire risk increases.When dry,wood chips can be easily ignited by external sources;and readily combustible and can ignite by friction.A condition with complete depletion of oxygen may be present in less than 48 hours.当货物的含水量在15%及以上，火灾的风险很低。当含水量减少，火灾的风险上升。干燥时，木片容易被外部点燃，容易燃烧，并且摩擦可能燃烧。在48小时以内可能出现完全缺氧的状况。

 

　　CARGO CONDITION货物情况

 

　　The cargo was stored in open storage yards in 3 piles of about 36000MT each,60%of the cargo pile surface was observed dry due to the summer sun,the production date does not exceed 2 months and the other 40%was observed to recently produced.货物存放在露天堆场，每堆约3600吨，由于夏季的阳光，60%的货物堆表面干燥，生产日期不超过两个月，另外40%的货物是最近生产的。

 

　　The cargo is observed to be partly dry and free of contamination,without cluster samples and the amount of bark observed is within acceptable values.据观察货物部分干燥无污染，没有簇状样本，树皮的数量在可接受的范围内。

 

　　The cargo is observed to be free of flammable gases and liquids.据观察货物没有易燃气体和液体。
