Composition:
It is made of two layer of dupont nomex paper with one of polyester film, F class insulation material.

Property:
Excellent heat sistance, dielectric property and mechanical strength,
Good cutting and overhead resistance, high stiffness good compatibility with insulation varnish.

Purpose:
As slot, interturn and liner insulation, F-grade motor and electric appliances

1.Production:

NMN is a three-layer combined flexible material produced by adhering the two faces of polyester film with Nomex under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

2.Advantages:

This smooth and stiff material has outstanding dielectrical property and high mechanical strength, it is well compatible with common varnishes.

3.Applications:

it is suitable for slot,liner and turn-to-turn insulation of F-class motors and electrial appliances.
